NIP Group acquisition of 3.11 EH/s Mining Rig enters the Bitcoin Mining industry
Gate News bot message, digital entertainment company NIP Group Inc (NASDAQ: NIPG) announced the acquisition of rack-mounted crypto mining rigs from Fortune Peak Limited and Apex Cyber Capital Limited by signing an asset purchase agreement.
The total hash rate of this batch of mining rigs reaches 3.11 EH/s, producing about 60 bitcoins per month. NIPG has established a digital computing department specifically responsible for the operation and management of these devices. The company will issue approximately 119,553,439 shares of Class A common stock as consideration for the acquisition, with the transaction expected to be completed by September 30, 2025.
