Abstract generation in progress

On August 21, Jinshi Data reported that Xiyin sued Temu on the grounds of copyright infringement, accusing Temu of stealing its design and "establishing an empire through counterfeiting, intellectual property infringement, and fraud". The lawsuit was filed on Monday in the federal court in Washington, D.C. At the same time, Xiyin itself is facing similar accusations from various brands and independent artists, including Levis and H&M. Xiyin and Temu have taken each other to court on a series of issues in order to compete for market share. Last year, Temu sued Xiyin for copyright issues and accused Xiyin of "mafia-style intimidation of suppliers" to force them to sign exclusive protocols.
