Jin10 Data reported on June 13 that the Israel Defense Forces stated that the operation named "Rising Lion" was carried out after intelligence confirmed that Iran had made significant progress in acquiring nuclear weapons, a capability that would allow them to take action against Israel. The Israel Defense Forces and an Israeli official familiar with the operation told ABC News that Israel estimates Iran now has enough enriched material to produce several nuclear bombs.
