Life is often not as we wish it to be, with eight or nine out of ten things going awry. We must learn to reconcile with ourselves, accepting gains and losses as they come, and pursuing freedom as we desire. What once seemed like insurmountable setbacks will eventually transform into the most beautiful clouds on the horizon when we look up. Therefore, life is a journey of cultivation; all the bustle is an illusion. In truth, loneliness and solitude are the most genuine experiences. The departure of loved ones, partners, and even ourselves will fade with the passage of time. Thus, while we are alive, we should be happy, and when we leave, we should not panic or fear.
