According to Wu, NASDAQ-listed company ATA Creativity Global (Nasdaq: AACG) announced that it has signed an agreement with Baby BTC Strategic Capital, led by the Babylon Foundation as LP, which will invest a total of $100 million to take control of ATA, including $30 million in new shares and $70 million in warrants, and restructure the board. ATA will transform into the world's first listed platform focused on the BTCFi ecosystem, collaborating deeply with the Babylon project. The company will also make a large-scale acquisition of Baby Tokens.
