Golden Finance reported that the listed encryption mining company DMG Blockchain announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with an undisclosed counterparty to acquire its 10-megawatt data center to support its deployment of Gen AI strategy. It is reported that the final protocol is expected to be completed within the next 90 days.
