Gold Ten Data, October 11th news, Steven Major, the head of global fixed income research at HSBC, and Shubham Sharma, the global interest rate strategist, stated that HSBC is optimistic about US Treasury bonds and expects yields to fall. In a statement, they said: "After the yield has fallen for five consecutive months and the Fed cut interest rates by 50 basis points in September, we still believe that it is too early to be bearish on bonds now, and we believe that there is still room for yields to continue to fall in the coming months."
